General

• I am willing to work with clients aged 13+!

  • Payments must be made by a parent or guardian and I require said guardian to contact me with consent before I can start work. Minors will be asked to provide parent or guardian email on my commission form.

• I can only work with clients in the US at the moment.

• My commissions are not first come first serve. I will choose the character(s) I think would be the most fun to work with after the commission opening period has passed!

• I cannot work with deadlines as I am a full-time college student.​

• If there are any glaring issues with your suit such as incorrect sizing, I am willing to make adjustments!

  • The client pays shipping both ways and an alteration fee on top of it.​

  • I can refuse repairs if the suit is soiled or has been damaged extensively by the client.

• For certain commissions I require measurements to be made to ensure a more accurate fit. Measurements will be discussed with clients.

  • For bodysuits when offered, this requires a duct tape dummy to be sent prior to starting work on the commission.​

• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Payment

• I require a 30% NONREFUNDABLE down payment for all commissions to cover material costs!

• Past the down payment, I am willing to work with payment plans! Please ask me about this if you are interested.

  • Please wait until you are in a stable financial state before commissioning me!

• All payment is to be done through PayPal or CashApp, depending on what works best for the customer.

• If you decide to cancel the commission, I will refund you based on how much progress has been made (down payment is nonrefundable), and I reserve the right to alter your design and sell it as a premade - I will not sell someone else's character as-is.

  • If I cancel the commission for any reason, the same applies.

  • Breach of contract will end up with cancellation if I deem it severe enough.​

  • For heads, fur will not be glued to the base until full payment is received.

  • Once the commission has been completed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Shipping

• Your item will not be shipped until the commission has been fully paid off.

• The commissioner is expected to pay shipping and for this reason I will not ship to countries outside the US.

  • Once the item is finished, I will have the shipping cost calculated and send the commissioner an invoice to cover it.​

• I ship with USPS and FedEx, but I am willing to use other couriers if so desired.

• I am not liable for damage sustained during transit, missing packages, or surpassed shipping dates - these are out of my control.

• Packages will require a signature for delivery.

Quotes and Reference Art

• I require a quote in order for you to commission me! These are free and can be found on my Quotes page. I respond to them weekly, or while commissions are open, daily.

  • The quote you ​provide for your commission application must be up-to-date! The most recent time I updated my prices is displayed at the top of the Pricing page.

• For quotes, any SFW art is okay, but for commissions I require a 2+ view UNSHADED reference sheet.

  • Please provide a SFW reference sheet.​

  • AI generated reference material will be rejected and the quote or commission form will be invalidated.

Communication and Photos

• Communication is to be carried out over email or Discord. Check my Contact page for my email! Discord will be provided to customers.

  • Email me with any questions!​

• I'd love to send work-in-progress photos! Please feel free to ask me anytime for an update on your creation once I've told you work has begun.

  • Don't ask excessively, however. Updates will be every few days depending on progress.

• I will likely post WIPs/finished product photos on my socials or to Discord servers! Please let me know if you'd rather keep it private for any reason.

• If you block me or otherwise do not respond over a 2+ month period without warning, the commission will be considered cancelled and no refund will be given. (See Payment for info on what happens with cancelled commissions)
